Educating the client rather than just following the steps

The end goal is to educate the client so that they become aware of their eating habits and choose foods that are better for them. We apply the same rule for exercising. 

I was following random dieting plans by watching YouTube videos before I met Rishabh. Rishabh immediately understood my eating habits and guided me through proper diet planning, and I could see and feel the difference in my body. I am a hypo thyroid patient, and I was provided with a diet that accommodated my disease. This helped me increase my concentration, stability and physical activity. Now, I feel more energetic and agile.

What is included in the Nutrition plan?

The plan includes the diet for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner based on your current lifestyle. The calories macronutrient content of each meal and each day is also included, for users who want to keep track of their calorie and macronutrient intake.

Do I need any experience to start the program?

Absolutely not, you just need a positive attitude towards it. I will take care of the rest.

What cuisine is the meal plan suitable for?

Every plan is based on your eating cuisine and habits. So don’t worry about it, I will add foods that are easily available and not so expensive.

How are the plans customised to your needs?

The nutrition plan is customized based on your physical characteristics, daily activity, goals and food restrictions. The workout plan is customized based on your schedule, the equipment available, your goals and your current fitness level.

What about intolerances?

Each meal plan will be developed according to personal food intolerance or allergies. Not a problem if you have one or more. Be assured.

What is the supplement guide?

I will guide you on what supplements are a complete waste of money and what to buy and how to choose the brands.

Can I create a workout plan based on equipments you have at your home?

Off course yes, your plan is tailored to the equipments you have access to.

I'm completely new to exercise or haven't worked out for a long time. Is this a problem?

I will guide you from the start on how to follow the plan with video links to see the exercise form. I will also review your workout based on your videos which you can send me to review.
